This recipe assumes that you have a Cuisinart, hence the "on/off" method. I guess that we will need to work on getting you both one-at least a baby one.
Oh-one more comment...This recipe actually uses the powdered-kind of Kraft parmesan cheese-not the fancier versions. And, don't buy the store-brand fake cheese even though it is a couple of pennies cheaper.
